Tamara is a wellbeing practitioner from London. Studying as a doctor first ignited her passion for health, her interest soon gravitated towards preventative medicine and wellness. She believes in a ‘root cause’ approach to address symptoms to coach clients to optimal health and wellbeing. 


Tamara believes fully in the benefits of movement for mind-body connection and overall health and wellbeing. Her holistic approach and skill set include movement, breath work and nutrition.

She delivers a holistic approach to wellness for her clients and is trained in Yoga, Mat and Reformer Pilates and Sports Massage.

Her classes are dynamic yet mindful, aiming to cultivate both physical and mental engagement through awareness, breath and creative movement. A focus on correct body alignment is combined with a desire for students to become more at home within their bodies. Through meditation she aims to encourage people to tune into themselves to unlock a life of presence and connection, living in alignments with their highest intentions, in combination with building a strong and supple body through disciplined practice.

She leads group classes, one-to-one classes, wellness events and workshops as well as retreats across London and internationally. She has coordinated wellness initiatives for FTSE 500 businesses and luxury hotel groups, including working in-house at the prestigious One&Only Hotel Group as a visiting practitioner.

 

She has trained with top teachers worldwide and is passionate in her pursuit of the latest innovations in health and wellbeing to offer the best for her clients
