Her classes range from athletic and uplifting to relaxing and deeply restorative, incorporating creative sequencing to both stretch and strengthen always with a focus on correct body alignment. Classes with be tailored towards your unique needs and bring together a bespoke blend of disciplines upon request for your personal practice optimisation.
